💨 Abstract

A marriage procession in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh was stopped by upper-caste community members who objected to songs played from loudspeakers. Police intervened and facilitated a compromise, allowing the procession to continue without incident. No FIR was lodged regarding the matter.
