💨 Abstract

In Uttar Pradesh's Banda district, a village head, Ram Lal Jayan, was allegedly shot and injured by two men, Raghav Singh and Kuldeep Dwivedi, from the same village. The incident occurred on Saturday. The accused were arrested and four weapons were recovered. Jayan has four previous cases against Singh, including attempted murder.
