💨 Abstract
The Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar's helicopter made an emergency landing in Ralam village near Munsiyari, Pithoragarh due to bad weather while en route to Milam Glacier. All four people on board, including additional Chief Election Officer Vijay Kumar Jogdande, are safe and waiting for the weather to clear to return to Munsiyari. They have satellite phones for communication.
