💨 Abstract
The Election Commission of India set up polling stations in high-rise apartment complexes in Gurugram and Faridabad during Haryana's assembly elections to make voting more convenient for residents. This move was appreciated by voters who previously found it challenging to take time out for voting. The ECI aimed to increase polling percentage and reduce congestion at polling centers. The millennium city alone had 126 polling stations in high-rise buildings.
