💨 Abstract
The Allahabad High Court has observed that live-in relationships, despite lacking social sanction, are increasing due to their appeal to the youth. It suggested devising a framework or solution to preserve society's moral values. The court granted bail to a Varanasi man, Akash Keshari, who was accused of refusing to marry a woman he had a live-in relationship with. His lawyer argued that the relationship was consensual, and the alleged abortion never happened.
