💨 Abstract

A person was arrested in West Bengal's Kaliachak for his alleged role in the killing of a Trinamool Congress worker and the injury of two others in Malda district. The accused is said to be a close aide of Zakir Sheikh, a prime suspect. The accused was sent to 10 days of police remand. The attack follows the killing of another TMC worker in Malda district less than two weeks ago.
