💨 Abstract

CM M K Stalin recently formed a panel to strengthen state autonomy, a cause championed by his father M Karunanidhi over 50 years ago. In 1974, Karunanidhi, inspired by DMK founder C N Annadurai, moved a resolution in the Tamil Nadu Assembly for optimal state autonomy.
