💨 Abstract

A 77-year-old woman was brutally assaulted, forced to drink urine, consume dog excreta, and branded with an iron rod in Amravati, Maharashtra. Five people, including a police 'patil', were arrested under the Maharashtra Black Magic Act after her son and daughter-in-law complained. The assault was allegedly due to accusations of black magic against the woman.
