A 65-year-old woman and her two sons died of electrocution while irrigating their field in Jhansi district, Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred when a live electrical wire snapped and fell on the woman. Her sons tried to save her but also got electrocuted. The victims were transported to a hospital but were declared dead. The incident is under investigation.
