Delhi LG V K Saxena has written to CM Atishi, expressing concern over the lack of a proposal for the re-appointment of 10,000 civil defense volunteers (CDVs) removed as bus marshals last year. The CDVs were economically weaker and their continued absence is not right, according to the LG.
