💨 Abstract

A 19-year-old man, Anil Kumar Pal, was arrested in Dehradun for allegedly luring and raping a minor girl. The incident led to a case being filed against him under the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Pal, originally from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, was residing in Dehradun when the crime occurred. Police acted based on a complaint from the victim's father and information from an informer.
