💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court will decide if the limitation period for a man to move court for declaring a child marriage void under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act (PCMA) begins at 18 or 21 years. A woman has challenged an Allahabad High Court order that allowed her husband's petition to declare their marriage void, as they were minors when married, claiming the husband's suit was barred by the limitation period, which starts at 18.
