The government has announced a three-day holiday in the capital to prevent protests and ensure stability during the event. The whereabouts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur are unknown, reportedly being held at an Inter-Services Intelligence safe house.
