💨 Abstract

In a background of political turmoil among Uddhav Thackeray, Eknath Shinde, and Raj Thackeray over Bal Thackeray's legacy, veteran cartoonists aim to preserve his artistic heritage through the **Cartoonists’ Combine**, an outfit Bal Thackeray himself founded in 1983. They held their annual 'Cartoon Mahotsav' in Mumbai to honor World Cartoonist Day.
