Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi walked out of the state assembly on Monday without delivering his customary address for the first session of the year over the alleged insult of the Indian National Anthem and the Constitution. Congress and other opposition MLAs protested during the playing of the anthem, which the governor claimed was disrespectful.
