💨 Abstract
On May 7, as India launched missile strikes on terror targets in Pakistan, athletes from Jammu and Kashmir, including Towseefa Hassan, were en route to the Senior National Pencak Silat Championship in Lucknow. Despite recent terror attacks and border tensions, the athletes, including Towseefa, who won a bronze medal, competed and participated in the Khelo India Beach Games. They view their participation as a way to represent India and bring pride to their region.
