💨 Abstract
Mahela Jayawardene, the former Sri Lanka captain and a successful coach in the Twenty20 league format, has been re-appointed as the head coach of the Mumbai Indians. He previously guided the team to three IPL titles during his initial tenure from 2017 to 2022. After his promotion to the global role, Mark Boucher was appointed as head coach.
