Pakistan has made four changes to the squad for the second test against England, with former captain Babar Azam and senior players resting for the rest of the series. All-rounder Kamran Ghulam will make his test debut, and the team will also include spinners Noman Ali, Zahid Mehmood, and Sajid Khan. The second test, played from Tuesday in Multan, aims to help Pakistan bounce back from a historic loss in the first test.
