In the first test of the series in Multan, Pakistan defeated West Indies by 127 runs. Sajid Khan and Abrar Ahmed led the charge for Pakistan, taking 16 wickets collectively. Jomel Warrican of West Indies took 7 wickets, but his efforts were not enough to prevent a Pakistani victory.
