💨 Abstract
Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has failed an independent re-assessment for his bowling action, which remains suspended in ECB competitions. He can still play as a batsman in all forms of domestic and international cricket. The former captain was initially suspended in December for exceeding the maximum permitted elbow extension of 15 degrees. Shakib will continue to participate in the upcoming Champions Trophy in Karachi as a specialist batter.
