India won three medals at the Asian Table Tennis Championships, including a historic bronze in the women’s doubles. Ayhika Mukherjee and Sutirtha Mukherjee lost in the semifinals to Japan. They had earlier defeated South Korea in the quarterfinals to secure India's first women's doubles medal at the Asian meet.
