💨 Abstract
The IPL governing council has decided to allow franchises to retain a maximum of six players, including using a Right To Match (RTM) card at a cost of Rs 75 crore, from their previous squads for the upcoming season. The BCCI also deemed "uncapped" any Indian players who haven't played international cricket for five years, potentially allowing Chennai Super Kings to retain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
