Former England rugby player Tom Voyce, who played for clubs like Bath, Wasps, and Gloucester, and won nine international caps, died by drowning during Storm Darragh flooding last month. His car was found under seven feet of water, and his body was discovered four days later. An inquest hearing is ongoing, with the conclusion scheduled for April 1.
