Liverpool lead the Premier League with 18 points, one ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal, after a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace. Diogo Jota's early goal was enough for Liverpool, while City and Arsenal both came from behind to win at home. Leicester City and Brentford also picked up wins. Mateo Kovacic scored twice for City, while Kai Havertz and Gabriel Martinelli scored for Arsenal.
