💨 Abstract
private equity firm Presidio Investors has purchased struggling Italian soccer club Hellas Verona from Maurizio Setti. The deal is estimated to be worth 120-130 million euros, with Christian Puscasiu of Presidio Investors taking over as managing partner. Setti will remain as senior adviser for football operations, and Italo Zanzi, former AS Roma CEO, will serve as executive chairman.
