Yuki Bhambri and Albano Olivetti lost the Chengdu Open doubles final to Sadio Doumbia and Fabien Reboul, despite winning the second set and displaying strong serving power. This was the first win for the French pair over Bhambri-Olivetti, who had previously defeated them at the ATP Lyon Open. Bhambri-Olivetti have won two ATP titles this year, both on clay courts.
