Elon Musk's social platform X was shut down in Brazil for non-compliance with court orders regarding hate speech moderation. X recently announced it will comply with demands to resume operations and has appointed a new legal representative, Rachel de Oliveira Conceicao. The Brazilian Supreme Court has given X five days to provide documents confirming the appointment and to block certain accounts as part of a hate speech and misinformation probe.
