💨 Abstract
Brazil's Supreme Court has ordered Elon Musk's social platform X (formerly Twitter) to pay over $5 million in pending fines before resuming service in the country. This includes a new fine and funds from frozen accounts. X must drop its appeal against the funds blockage for the court to use these resources. A new fine of 10 million reais ($1.8 million) was also imposed for a brief period when the platform became available again last week.
