💨 Abstract
Brazil's top prosecutor's office has recommended that social media platform X be reinstated in the country, following a legal dispute. The Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes now decides whether to allow the tech firm to resume services. X was suspended in August for not complying with court orders related to hate speech moderation and failing to appoint a local representative, as required by law.
