💨 Abstract
The founder of AI startup GameOn, Alexander Beckman, has been indicted for a six-year fraud worth over $60 million. Beckman, also the CEO, and his lawyer wife Valerie Lau Beckman were arrested and charged with fraud, securities fraud, conspiracy, identity theft, and obstruction. They allegedly misled investors by fabricating revenue, inflating cash balances, and creating fake customer relationships.
