French media regulator Arcom has ordered Eutelsat to stop broadcasting Russian channels STS and Channel 5, as their parent company, National Media Group, is subject to European sanctions. Eutelsat has three days to comply, or face a fine. The regulator is also investigating other channels for non-compliance with sanctions.
