Italian authorities are investigating the heads of listed companies Digital Value and Olidata for alleged corruption in public procurement contracts. The investigation, involving 14 companies and 18 individuals, centers on bribes to officials of state-owned IT company SOGEI to obtain contracts. The heads of Digital Value and Olidata, Massimo Rossi and Cristiano Rufini respectively, have been named in the investigation.
