💨 Abstract
Meta Platforms unveiled its first working prototype of augmented-reality glasses, Orion, at its annual Connect conference. The glasses are made of magnesium alloy, powered by custom silicon, and will feature hand-tracking, voice, and wrist-based neural interface. Orion is a "dev kit" and Meta plans to make it smaller, sleeker, and more affordable for consumers in the future.
