Elon Musk presented Tesla's driverless robotaxis at a Hollywood event, promising Model 3 and Model Y vehicles to operate without driver supervision in California and Texas by next year. The Cybercab, a fully autonomous vehicle, is planned for 2026, and a robovan for 20 people is also in the works. Musk showcased humanoid robots and a robovan at the event.
