British Prime Minister Keir Starmer aims to make the UK a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI). He plans to create special zones for data centers, encourage tech education, and adopt all 50 recommendations from Matt Clifford's AI Opportunities Action Plan. The first data center will be built in Culham, Oxfordshire. If fully adopted, AI could increase productivity by 1.5%
