Volex Plc, a power products and data connectivity cables manufacturer, announced that it had made two takeover offers to TT Electronics, a British electronic components maker, but was rejected. TT Electronics is facing operational issues, subdued demand in North America, and has cut its annual adjusted operating profit forecast for the second time in two months. The latest offer from Volex valued TT Electronics at 248.6
