The outage started around 9:30 a.m. ET and affected cities like Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Omaha, and Denver. Verizon acknowledged the issue and is working to resolve it. Some AT&T users also reported issues, but the carrier claimed its network was operating normally.
