💨 Abstract
A 6.8-magnitude earthquake occurred in Xigaze, Tibet Autonomous Region, China on January 7, resulting in the death of at least 32 people and injuring 38. The quake hit Dingri County at 9:05 am and its epicenter was at 28.5 degrees north latitude and 87.45 degrees east longitude, according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre.
