The 6th World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) Global Meeting, the largest yet and first in the Middle East, was kick-started in Abu Dhabi on November 5. Over 1,300 participants from 140 countries attended the three-day event, which aims to strengthen global and regional capacities to respond to health emergencies.
