The Mohamed bin Zayed Foundation, along with partners, announced the Beginnings Fund, a philanthropic initiative aimed at reducing maternal and newborn mortality rates in Africa. The goal is to prevent 300,000 deaths and provide quality healthcare access to 34 million mothers and infants by 2030.
