💨 Abstract
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused Europe of being the main obstacle to peace in Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and held a video call with European leaders and NATO chief Mark Rutte before his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump. Lavrov warned that European troops in Ukraine would be legitimate targets for Russia. Recent Russian strikes have left parts of Kyiv without power, and Ukraine denied Russian claims of capturing Huliaipole.
