💨 Abstract

An explosion at a crowded bar in the Swiss ski resort of Crans-Montana during a New Year's Eve party resulted in around 40 deaths and 100 serious injuries. The blast, which occurred at 1:30 a.m., is suspected to be an accident, possibly caused by fireworks. Authorities have opened a full investigation and deployed extensive medical resources.
