In Tunisia, the coast guard recovered the bodies of 27 African migrants after two boats they were traveling in sank off the coast near Sfax. The national guard also rescued 87 people from the same boats. Tunisia is experiencing an escalating migration crisis, with Sfax serving as a common departure point for migrants aiming to reach Europe.
