💨 Abstract

A massive Russian missile attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine, wounded at least three people and caused damage to civilian infrastructure. Ukrainian authorities reported the attack was by ballistic missiles, and Russia is accused of intensifying attacks on Ukraine's energy sector since 2004, causing power outages nationwide. The transmission system operator has imposed electricity supply restrictions to reduce the impact.
