đź’¨ Abstract
Azerbaijan has terminated its cooperation agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), accusing the U.S. of using the agency for political purposes. The decision follows criticism by USAID's head, Samantha Power, of Azerbaijan's military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh that allegedly forced thousands to flee their homes. USAID has not yet commented on the matter.
