💨 Abstract

Bangladesh High Court granted bail to spiritual leader Chinmoy Krishna Das, a former ISKCON leader, in a sedition case. He was arrested for allegedly insulting the national flag of Bangladesh. The court had earlier asked the government to explain why Das should not be granted bail. The case attracted wide public attention.
