Bangladesh's former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia, aged 79, was admitted to a specialized hospital in London on January 8 for advanced treatment. She was accompanied by her son Tarique Rahman, who met her after seven years. Zia had traveled to London on a Qatari Royal Air Ambulance, equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities, due to multiple health issues.
