💨 Abstract
A Maltese court granted bail to Yorgen Fenech, a businessman charged with complicity in the 2017 murder of anti-corruption journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia. Fenech has been under arrest since 2019 and denies the charges. The court ordered several conditions, including not going near the coast or airport, and depositing a large sum with the court by his guarantor.
