China conducted a rare test of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) into the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday, according to the Chinese defense ministry. The test was a "routine arrangement" in their annual training plan, not aimed at any country, and the missile landed in expected sea areas.
