India's External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar expressed optimism about the continued positive and constructive relationship with neighbors Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, despite government changes. He emphasized that India does not seek to control the political moves of its neighbors and that each country has its own dynamics. Jaishankar added that India stepped forward to aid Sri Lanka during its economic crisis and has been working on projects beneficial to both countries with Bangladesh.
